Staff

One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff. The team at Villa Sungai Tinggi & Sungai Laut have been professionally trained to offer exceptional Balinese hospitality. The villa manager and chefs will be only too happy to discuss any specific requirements to ensure guests have a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Villa manager

Villa Sungai Tinggi’s experienced villa manager, Dewi, is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. She leads the staffing team to meet the expectations of guests.

Cooks

Three experienced cooks will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus.

Housekeepers

Four housekeepers attend to daily domestic duties and also serve meals.

Driver

For  guests of Sungai Tinggi, a driver and car (seating up to six passengers) is included in the villa rate and is available to villa guests from 09.00AM to 5.00PM daily (petrol extra).
For guests of Sungai Laut, a car and driver can also be arranged for an additional daily fee.

Gardeners/pool

Three gardeners attend daily to maintain the beautiful gardens and swimming pool.

Security

Three security guards during evening and night time hours

Our wonderful staff are shared between Sungai Tinggi and Sungai Laut.
